In looking at the area’s congestion, it has been reported that the number of dwelling units in the Corridor is projected to increase to 38,965 in 2020, an increase of 50 percent since 1995-96. They range in size from 20 to 97 centimeters (8 to 38 in.) and have 1.3-centimeter (.5 in.) high carbon cutting edges with cast steel replacement teeth.
