Virnig Manufacturing Inc.'s value-priced skeleton rock bucket attachment — the V40 skeleton rock bucket skid steer attachment — is designed to pick rocks while leaving dirt and debris behind. The open “skeleton” bottom and back allows dirt and smaller unwanted material to fall through the 2.9 in. (7.3 cm) tine spacing. The raised ridge in center of tines (rock dam) and notch near tips helps secure rocks while digging.

Every other tine is constructed of one piece of steel, from tip to top brace, to add rigidity. A cross member (or front comb) spans across the bottom tines of the bucket to increase overall strength. Also features fully gusseted tine tips to strengthen tines and limit bending.

This skeleton rock bucket is available in 66 to 84 in. (167.6 to 213 cm) widths.

All Virnig products are backed by a one-year warranty, and the skid steer attachments are USA made and built with a universal mount to fit most skid steer loaders including: Bobcat, Caterpillar, ASV, Case, Daewoo, Gehl, JCB, John Deere, Kubota, Mustang, New Holland, Takeuchi, Terex, Volvo, Wacker-Neuson and others.
