Virnig Manufacturing Inc.'s V40 standard deck skid steer brush cutter is designed to quickly clear and mulch brush and small trees up to 3 in. (7.6 cm) in diameter. The three-blade cutting system, mounted to a large flywheel ensuring flywheel bounces off stumps rather than catching and damaging the motor.
This skid steer brush cutter also features:
• Standard dual hydraulic pressure relief valves with dynamic braking to stop the 150 to 215 lb. flywheel in under 10 seconds.
• Direct drive Eaton motor rated up to 25 gpm (94.6 Lpm) for usage on a wide variety of skid steers.
• Bracing along the top connected to a push bar at the front provides rigidity for pushing over thick brush and trees.
• ½ by 4 in. (1.2 by 10 cm) single side updraft blades for efficient cutting and mulching.
It is available in 5 and 6-ft. (1.5 and 1.8 m) cut widths with a recommended flow rate of 16 to 25 gpm (60.5 to 94.6 Lpm).
